Guard.Attack.Bounce back.

We’re the hardest-playing team in the gym. We build confident, resilient, kind teammates, and we have fun playing hard.

We guard. We attack. We bounce back.

Effort is a choice. We choose it every possession.
The quick version

Three pillars. One identity.

Everything we teach comes back to three things every player can control: how hard they play, how bold they are, and how fast they recover.

PILLAR 01

Guard

Tough, active defense: low stance, a hand up on every shot, talking to teammates, and hustle on every possession. Defense is an attitude, and effort is something every player controls.

PILLAR 02

Attack

We look to the basket first. We want players who are confident driving, finishing through contact, and making the next pass. A missed layup is a good attack, and we celebrate the try.

PILLAR 03

Bounce back

Everyone makes mistakes. Clap, breathe, next play. Three seconds, then back to work. Mistakes aren’t the end of anything.

Our signature habit

The 3-second reset

Mistakes get three seconds. We teach it in drills so it’s automatic, and it works for homework and life too.

What we measure

Effort counts. We count it.

We track effort stats as well as points, and celebrate the numbers after every practice and game.
